We believe that having our own in house Technical Services department enables us to maintain our high quality products in the best possible condition across our estate.
The Department consists of 1 Manager, 3 Supervisors, each controlling a specific region, 9 Technicians, 3 per region reporting to the Supervisors. This allows each Technician to develop a good working relationship with the licencees on his area and to establish a good understanding of individual business requirements.
There are also 3 Administration Staff who amongst other duties maintain stock levels of all dispense equipment & are first level of communication from licensed premises.
The Department’s primary functions are:
To maintain all beer dispense systems throughout the whole Thwaites estate & including all Wholesale accounts selling Thwaites draught products
To survey cellars & bars to carry out installations of all beer pumps dispensing Thwaites sourced beers including all beer cooling systems.
To offer advice & help on all aspects of Beer quality & Cellar Management through to Beer presentation.
To carry out in-house training where required.
To set up & where necessary to supervise the running of Temporary bars & Corporate functions.
