It is a one bar operation, the pub comprising of three distinct areas with two external patio areas.

The average takings are £6.5k wet and £6.5k dry.

There is a degree of local trade, but the main element of the business is food, therefore people travel from far and wide to the Shoal Hill.

The accommodation consists of lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.

The successful candidate(s) will have a proven track record of developing a business, and must be able to demonstrate how they will help this pub achieve its full potential bearing in mind that the landlord/landlady input is crucial to the success of this business.
