Ways of entering the trade with Thwaites.
As a pub Manager you, and your staff, are employed directly by Daniel Thwaites PLC. You will be responsible for the successful running of a highly profitable pub business. Your duties will encompass all aspects of business including sales development, staff management, cost controls, stock control and ensuring we adhere to all licensing, health and safety and food hygiene legislation. You will work closely with your area manager in developing the on going strategy for your pub and you will get support and training from the head office team.
