Head Chef – Stephen Robinson
Steve has enjoyed a long career with the company, starting at Cottons Hotel & Spa in Cheshire over 17 years ago. As he gained in experience, he moved around the country will spells in Cirencester and now Bristol. His all time favourite dish is mussels – no wonder it’s on the menu in 3 different ways at the moment – and he loves baking bread.
Restaurant Manager – Tony O’Neill
Tony has been part of the Aztec family since 2006 when he started as a runner in the restaurant – the person who does all the fetching and carrying ! He worked hard and proved what a great team player he was and after spells away in one of our other hotels, he re-joined us as Restaurant Manager.
Bars Manager – Eloisa Cabrel
Eloisa has worked with us for 3 years, both at our sister inn, the Fleece in Cirencester and now as Bars Manager here in Bristol. she’s been in England for 6 years now and just loves walking her dog in the countryside.
