Terms and conditions. Price is based on 2 people sharing a room and includes VAT at the current rate. Bookings can be made from 1 to 5 rooms on these packages – if your party is larger than this please call us and we can tailor a package to suit your group. Prices are valid from 1st January 2017 till 31st March 2018. A £50 supplement is per room per night will be applied for single occupancy. A one night Saturday booking will be charged at £15 supplement per person. Girls’ Night In and Out are subject to availability of package and may not be offered on some nights even if rooms are available. Affinity bonus points will be added to an Affinity Membership card after your stay and can be used on future stays - please see Affinity Membership on thwaites.co.uk for full details of the terms and conditions.
Deposits. 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking and full pre-payment is required for all bookings at least 7 days prior to arrival. If your payment has not been received your rooms will be released.
Cancellations. We hope that you won’t need to but just in case, our cancellation terms are as follows:
• 1 to 5 rooms - if you cancel before 10am on the day prior to arrival we will refund 100% of the booking including the deposit. Cancellation after this time would mean no refund can be made.
• 6 or more rooms - if you cancel before 10am 7 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of the booking, and retain the 25% deposit. Cancellation after this time would mean no refund can be made.
