Steve White – Executive Chef
Steve started with us in October last year as Executive Chef with a background of Country house hotels and larger corporate properties including London and the Home counties – Achieved a 2nd AA Rosette when he was at Heathrow Radisson.
Sam Longhtorne – Head Chef
Started at North Lakes 2008, moved on to Cottons and then to Kettering Park in April 2015 as a Sous Chef. Sam was promoted to Head Chef in November 2016 and is leading the kitchen team to design new exciting British themed dishes with a focus local ingredients.
Julie Perrin – Breakfast Supervisor
Started as food & beverage assistant in 2013, going onto be promoted to Breakfast Host in January 2015 and then Breakfast Supervisor March 2016. Julie leads a team that provides that warm welcome at breakfast and organises the team to make sure that the last meal at Kettering Park is memorable for the right reasons
Julie also has 2 daughters working here with Gabbi as Weddings and Events coordinator and Beth as a Food and Drink Team Member.
Daniel Peacock – Interim Restaurant Manager
Dan started here in September 2014 as a F&B assistant in Liquor and started the food and drink academy 2015. He was promoted to Food & Beverage Supervisor in April 2015. He is now Interim Restaurant Manager and successfully completed his F&B academy in 2017. Dan has a passion for service and developing his knowledge of wines and food.
