Craven Heifer in Stainforth supporting the community during Coronavirus

The Craven Heifer pub, in Stainforth, has pledged support to people who are self-isolating.
The pub is offering help, advice and food to those most in need.
They are looking at options to deliver hot meals to the elderly within the Settle area who perhaps will be anxious and lonely during these difficult times.
John Harrison, who runs the pub, said: “We will look at delivering hot meals and making sure our elderly and vulnerable or just lonely customers know they are cared for.
We want our customer to know we will do our best to support them during what is a difficult time for many.”
The pub, based on Main Rd, won the warmest hospitality award at the Thwaites Hospitality Awards in November.
