Terms and Conditions
By registering to participate into Thwaites Fest you are opting in to be communicated to frequently regarding all initiatives within the Thwaites Fest activations to include but not limited to- news, competitions, prize winners and face to face visits. In addition to this you will be added to our mailing list for all relevant communications for Daniel Thwaites in the future.
Furthermore, all content you provide as part of Thwaites Fest, such as photos and videos can be shared amongst the members of this initiative in order to inspire and celebrate activations and results throughout the festival.
Terms and conditions for competition
Winners will be based on the highest value of confirmed meeting and event business to include Private Banqueting, Christmas parties, Social Events, Corporate Groups including Sport and Entertainment groups. This business is based on new enquiries placed across the group between 7th April – 31st August 2026 and must be confirmed over this booking period to take place by end 2027.
Both repeat and multiple series business can be included in this incentive. Any enquiries already on the books, prior to the 7th April will be exempt from the competition. The winner will be communicated directly from their Daniel Thwaites account manager. The Prize must be taken by 31st March 2027 and booked based on availability.
Should a contracted booking be cancelled and moved to a date beyond 2027; these become exempt from the incentive. This incentive is offered at Daniel Thwaites sole discretion, and the company’s decision regarding eligibility and payment shall be final and binding. Daniel Thwaites has the right to withdraw the incentive at any time.
