Spa

  1. If your voucher represents a monetary value, it can be used as part or full payment towards Spa Treatments and Products.
  2. Your voucher can only be exchanged for treatments or products of an equal or higher price than its face value. The balance that exceeds the amount of the gift voucher must be paid by our available payment options. If your gift voucher is redeemed and the value of your treatments or products falls below the amount of the gift voucher, no change or credit will be given.
  3. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12-months from the date of purchase.
  4. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, and will not be accepted after the expiry date has passed.
  5. Gift Vouchers may not be purchased with an existing Gift Voucher.
  6. If your voucher has not been pre-booked, please call your chosen Spa Treatment venue to make a booking.
  7. All voucher bookings are subject to availability.
  8. Please refer to your voucher number when making a booking and you must present your voucher on arrival on the day of your booking.
  9. Your voucher is valid at the following hotels offering Spa Treatments:
    Cottons Hotel & Spa, Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa, Solent Hotel & Spa, Aztec Hotel & Spa, North Lakes Hotel & Spa and Kettering Park Hotel & Spa.
  10. Our standard cancellation policy and etiquette apply to all Gift Voucher bookings.
