Terms and Conditions
- This competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 years and over but not employees of Daniel Thwaites PLC, their agents or anyone connected with the competition.
- The promoter for terms and conditions is ‘Daniel Thwaites PLC’.
- The prize winners (“the Winner”) must meet all eligibility requirements set out in the Prize Draw rules. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be required before payment is made.
- Competition valid from Thursday 11th June until Sunday 19th July. Any entries made after this date will not be counted.
- Weekly draw entries close at midnight Saturday for that week (20th June, 27th June, 4th July, 11th July).
- The weekly prize Winner will be drawn the Sunday following the draw entry closing.
- The grand prize Winner will be drawn on Monday 20th July and contacted on the same day using the email address submitted on the entry. If the winner has not returned contact by Friday 24th July then the prize will be redrawn.
- One competition entry submission per World Cup match, per person.
- All required data fields must be completed in order for entry to be submitted.
- Cash prize of £1,000/£5,000 will be deposited into Winner’s bank account within 10 working days of receipt of confirmed bank account details and the name on the account must match the name on the competition entry.
- No alternative payment methods are available.
- The Winner is solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees arising from receipt of the prize.
- Prize draw winner is final as per Daniel Thwaites PLC decision.
- No prize alternative will be offered.
- In entering our competition, you accept that if you are named as the prize draw winner, your name may be used in social media posts and any related promotional material.
- Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Opt-in for future marketing emails from Daniel Thwaites PLC is optional and not a condition of competition entry, please state your preference at point of entry online.
