On 31st January 2027, we will bring together our Pride of Thwaites Awards and Hospitality Awards for one spectacular evening at Blackpool Tower Ballroom as we celebrate 220 years of Thwaites.

Unassuming but operating with impact, this person might not realise the impact they have in the business, but they are a force for good, quietly getting on with the job in hand and making a difference.
This person is showing real growth and development in their role and has the ability to grow further within the business. They are hands on, gets things done and prepared to shoulder responsibility.
A leader working in any area of our business who has achieved great things. This person is a role model to others, hugely respected and passionate about getting the best from their team and/or their area of the business even if they don’t have a direct team to manage.
This person is an expert and a role model to others in their area. Despite being an expert they still continue to develop in their role and teach others along the way. They could be a Chef, a Housekeeper, a Gardener, an Accountant, or a Therapist… the list is endless.
This person delivers a first-class service in all that they do, with a right first-time mentality. They encourage and maintain consistently high standards and attention to detail we pride ourselves on.
This person really understands what warm hospitality is about and always wants and delivers the best for their customer, whether it be internal or external.

This person or team has played a key role in maximising the impact of an investment within their property or area. Through careful planning, strong execution and a focus on long-term value, they have helped enhance the guest experience, improve performance and raise overall standards.
